    Not sure what you're asking when you're already conceding that you know these are chapter agnostic sculpts meant to work for anyone. I suppose the unfortunate naming of this thread is partly to blame. At least I cannot recall season 2 being harped on as much for not being "blood angel". And for clarity,, I don't mind this season being harped on, I just prefer it being for the right reason. The main reason being that it's uninspired. The immediately preceding season was just a much better deal by comparison. More/better bling and poses.

    I think a potential with character deaths is, while many support the ideas of some characters dying, I'm not sure they'd always agree on who to kill off...

    the helmt is in sm2, is more or less just the art asset used for prologue when you have classic deathwatch gear

    To be fair, that's perhaps the one faction that wouldn't really ever manage to generate one? A genestealer cult is only really present in one campaign ever. They're wiped out at the end of it whether they win or lose.

    think this is perhaps the most understated captain model to date? No cape, and the helms has no laurels nor a top plume. The UM heraldry makes a captains helm indistinguishable from a sergeant's helm if it lacks either. The greaves and gauntlets are pretty standard intercessor too. if not for the "captains rope" I'd have guessed this was a lieutenant model

    It's a named ultramarine character, he has like 3 hard molded ultramarine chapter symbols on him. I can't recall a case of something like this being released, then it having generic rules

    DoW 1 and DoW 2 satisfy two very different bellies. Unlike DoW 3 that satisified none.
