Wouldnt surprise me if GW decided to make a new Chaos codex based on Dark Mechanicus/Vashtorr/Perturabo alliance, now that Demons arent a thing and they will all be tied to a legion in some way it does make sense to put all these factions as one codex if the rumors of DarkMech that have been making the rounds for a while now turn out to be true.

A while ago there were rumors of next edition being focused on successors and their characters so considering that possiblity I think it makes sense that GW would like to have every main chapter on the same level before focusing on successor chapters which have been suspiciously missing from all these updates, you cannot tell me that GW will simply squat someone as important and iconic as Pedro Kantor and leave it in the trash bin forever!

Which was exactly my point, the sprues and units need a second pass not only because of the Primaris vs Firstborn issue will soon go away but also because their sprues have too many redundant things that need to change that were part of an obsolete design paradigm, you can easily remove all the superfluous options from the hellblaster kit and add other gun options, hell give them autocannons and erase Suppressors from existence.

I hope they dont bring grav bikes if they look like the disgusting block of turd that is the white scar bike, if it was bigger then maybe but it just looks bland! Its like that old chair speeder that FW was selling for 30k sometime ago but without all the nostalgia. Primaris infantry just needs a bit cleaning imo, its a bunch of redundant options that were designed out of a need to not step into firstborn shoes but also not taken far enough to be truly different. Like do Intercessors need 3 types of bolters? Do Phobos units need 3 types of Bolters? Devastators are probably gonna stop existing sooner than later, why not collapse every Tacticus special weapon squad into one kit or unit? Tacticals will also become obsolete, why not recreate them in a new Intercessor box with actual options and not just ammo pouches, Reivers need an actual role and all the Phobos units need something other than slightly different bolters imo. The whole paradigm with which Primaris were designed at first is no longer valid imo and GW have been bringing back old units and straight up updating them sort of proves that so why not go all the way and pull the band aid off and just condense a lot of the unnecessarily redundant Primaris range to make it more like an actual update to the Astartes range instead of the weird half measure with which every model has been designed so far, just get it over with and remove all the firstborn stuff already, we all knew it was coming but GW was too hung up on not pissing off their base while wanting to do something completely different with the range.

Its a massive document, it might as well be another Liber all on its own! There are so many options and units that just werent there to begin with, its such a weird turn of events that I truly think this is a very explicit case of business side trying to tie down the creative side of a project which resulted with cut units and options from the Libers but it seems like they went to other direction with this document and just went to town. I mean, Siege Terminators? Every legion with a Veteran version of Heavy support or Breachers? They knocked it out of the park imo, so kudos to the specialist team. Also Castraferrum are back, Im not sure how my 6 boxy lads are gonna fit in the new army creation rules but Im glad they still live.

Thats impressive considering how different the HH army rules are, congrats to the entire newrecruit team, its a really good tool.

Closest word in spanish would be "Incendiadoras" which means Inciendaries, so a stylized version of that fits SoB fairly well. I hope its a new raptor kit, regardless of how it looks I think an update of the current kit would be great and another unit for the Night Lords sounds amazing.

This whole thing is quite ridiculous but Im glad they kept the old one, I have no issue with the new drop pod but if given the choice I would still take the old version simply because being able to move the doors does something in my monkey brain so if I ever need more I will probably buy the 30k one. This also makes sense with the way 30k does kits and upgrades, now they can just sell a weapon sprue for Deathstorm Drop Pods so you can swap the passenger seats for a giant missile launcher or something, i personally left the seats empty on a couple of my DPs to eventually do exactly that so its not such a hard idea to implement, so a separate sprue or just add the sprue to the drop pod kit and you can have a whole new unit without having to redesign a completely new kit if they had gone with the new drop pod sculpt.
