  1. Honestly? Despite how much of a farce this all is, I'm genuinely impressed with how this has been handled and the concerted efforts to stop the scalpers. If I don't get it, I don't get it, but at least I know I had a fair shot.
  2. It boggles my mind that the new website *doesn't* save your card details unlike the old one.
  3. Incidentally, above mentioned Frank Spotnik was behind the book adaption to Amazon of Man in the High Castle, which is why I was very excited about a potential Eisenhorn adaption for Amazon.
  4. Apologies, I specifically referencing the two videos related to this piece of news. For what it's worth, I had hoped Frank Spotnik's adaption of Abnett's Eisenhorn books would see the light of day, but it appears the specific scripts have yet to be decided on. As a casual consumer of streaming services, it appears Amazon could be in competition with AppleTV to snap up series' based on popular SF franchises, and Warhammer 40k is no exception. My question now is - animated series, or will we see a big budget live adaption?
  5. I was linked to the previous video, and now his update which was hastily recorded. I now know why I choose to not watch Warhammer-related YouTube videos. Absolute attention seeking nonsense.
  6. Same. After Siege I am done. No more. It’s stressful, not satisfying and no longer fun.
  7. 100% this. It can be automated too so it’s no extra work!
  8. Good to know, because I had assumed mine had been rejected.
  9. People complaining about more primarchs returning is a silly, silly take. The 40k universe has *monumentally* shifted more in the last five years than in decades of lore. Totally makes sense, GW cashes in on the HH/Primarchs series and everybody wins.
  10. It's a great read, yeah. Wish I had gotten my hands on a physical copy when it came out.
  11. No, I consider the original edition very rare now as it only had one run.
  12. Honestly, I envy you for being able to experience them for the first time. I’ve read these books over a dozen times because they are just fantastic books. Completely recommend starting with the Eisenhorn series and going onto Ravenor. The Magos collages all of the shorts and it is pretty much a direct prequel to Pariah and Penitent. They are still the gold standard for 40k for me and anyone even remotely interested in 40k I stay start with Xenos. It’s an excellent standalone novel and gateway into the madness of 40k
