And I just complained for a week or two and left lol. I played my Orkz for a while, had troubles with my gf, my dad passed away, and I quit. I had already sold my Templars and left everything else at an old apartment when my life collapsed. Orkz, Nidz, misc, my table and scenery. My paint and hobby tools gone. Three years ago I tracked down the guy I sold my Templars to and got them back mostly intact. Eternal!

There is an official standard to BT heraldry. It's it their official codec. Somebody can post the image if they want. Initiates: white pauldrons, black trim Sword Bros: black pauldrons, red trim and chapter insignia Assault: Red trim, black insignia, white pauldrons Chaplain: black pauldrons, white insignia Honor Guard: I guess according to the Helsreach videos it's Inities colors with gold trim. I'm cool with that. Anything else you need the picture. BT nowadays is convoluted garbage so if you want to stick with tradition go with the old dex. As far as Primaris colors are concerned, it's blue with gold trim. If not, you're doing it wrong.

Keep in mind that money makes GW turn and shows them what's popular. Purchasing a BT upgrade sprue tells them that the Templars are still viable and to keep producing them. Primaris don't have a BT sprue, so every time somebody buys a Primaris box to paint as Templars, that is a solid loss of sale on a BT sprue and ultimately hurts the army in the end. Just remember kids, every time you buy Primaris a Neophyte dies.

I said I would hold my opinion when everyone was bugging out over the Chapter Trait. This looks pretty solid. I may start playing again, and bring the pain to Witches, Xenos, Traitors, and Primaris alike.

Somebody mentioned the fluff of Abhor the Witch....recall Forges of Mars, where the Farseer tried to cast whatever the extra attack speed up buff is on the Templars that were defending her...and she couldn't because their sheer willpower prevented her. Their hatred was so powerful it simple cancelled her out.

If you have to ask whether or not to run Crusaders should you really be playing Templars??

Or vice versa. Every founding chapter should have a subforum. I would be quite happy under IF.
