    I Obsidian Quacker rise to the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX on the side of the Chaos Space Marines and vow to complete one Master of Executions of total value 70 points on or before September 1st, 2019. Success will bring me eternal glory and failure will doom me to wear the Badge of the Oathbreaker until the year-end. Unfortunately a much smaller vow than I intended with it being 3 weeks left, but I'm not too confident that I'd have the availability to do bigger vows. I'll see how long it takes to do this one and may fit in a final small vow.

    Finally after just over a month vow 2 is complete! 5 Havocs As always the fallen doesn't want to photograph well. 1 Fallen Librarian (Chaos Sorceror) And because I don't think he'd look right as Alpha Legionnaire (and to take a break from blue), a Word Bearers Dark Apostle Next vow will be coming soon when it's been built.

    Sorry for the late reply about cypher's back. Anyhoo here he is. Furthermore I'm intending to vow one Fallen Librarian in my next vow however I'm not too sure when it comes to what he counts as. Would I use the points from a Chaos Space Marine sorceror from the Chaos Codex? I'm don't know if there's a Fallen Librarian entry in vigilus ablaze and that would be preferable. If all goes well I should have a bigger fallen portion in a 3rd vow.

    I had no idea that I would be the first completion, oh well I think I've set an easily attainable bar! Thank you all for the likes and comments. Unfortunately no contrast used for the blue armour, Iyanden yellow was used for the imperial fist bits though. It's Tamiya Metallic Blue paint Sorry about the initial cypher picture, something about him really did not want to be photographed well. Without a lighting set up it was either overexposed, too dark or blurry. @Darnok I've tried again quickly this morning and I hope that this comes across better. I'll take some of his back later and post them in the March of the fallen thread. I will make a subsequent vow in time, but I'll give myself a bit of a break whilst making preparations.

    Thank you for the replies Iron Father Ferrum and Captain Semper. That's good for me, I was planning on turning Khârn into a fluffy bunny and Abbadon into a pink and white sun worshipping elephant! I'm fine with living with that, slannesh is in fashion at the moment anyway. I kid, nothing that drastic. I'm glad that's okay-ed and the result should appear in the event. (I didn't know that Khârn auto corrects to have the accent)

    I have a feeling that I'd be supporting the Chaos Space Marines this event after a difficult decision against two other factions. Got a bit of a backlog going on the new releases anyway. Just a question, I've got a named character who should be the colours of a specific legion, however what I've made so far is of another legion. I want this named character to be painted like the legion I'm currently collecting so he matches and I'm not too comfortable with cutting bits off of him for other bits. For the purposes of the ETL would it be ok to pledge him as the named character or would he have to be a normal Chaos Lord?

    That is a very nice clean blue on the night and the custode shoulderpads. I'm not too sure on how much the custodes can vary in colour but they do look nicely different from what I've seen.

    Chaplain nearly finished. That was taken earlier with the sun shining in. All that's left on him to finish is the right shoulder pad and paint the rim of the base and the bead chain around his left wrist. Also 3 inceptors
