    Very early into it. It needs a thesaurus. It's not full of samaragdine harpagons, but he's made up a lot of vocab. I suppose the slang localises it to a particular place. I don't mind it at all, but I can see it attracting comments.

    More mysteries is more better. The Heresy series cleared up a lot of old mysteries, and often the stories we got weren't as good as the mystery giving rise to them.

    Supposedly loads of people initially but nobody with a name. I havent heard of anyone refusing the surgery either. Space Marines arent afraid to die but I'm sure there have to be some that would rather die on the battlefield than risk dying to an elective surgery.
