  1. Nice lookin group there. Almost enough to get me to look at some resin upgrades, now that I'm building again. I cant think of anything for that Deredeo that isn't ridiculously complex. What's in my head may work on a tank, bot sure about a dread though. Sorry partner
  2. They're sadly out of print and hard to find. I've managed to scrounge up 7-8 lightly used ones. Each one was missing the meltagun and 1 or 2 other bits.
  3. Just lost ;) TDAWG can swap their power weapon for a storm shield for free, both items being the same point cost. Of fourse your only weapon is now a storm bolter. I think storm shields and combi weapons are popular loadouts. You'll have to decide on plasma or melta being most useful.
  4. I have 1 power armour pack that's fully magnetized, Wolf Lord's retinue so can be set up however. Five of my TDAWG have magnetized arms, only options so far are claws and axes. Dreads are good for magnets to allow for weapon swaps. On my infantry I think i use 3mm by 2mm. Holds TDA arms in place well. May be a little overkill for PA but they wont come apart . Not sure what I used on my Dreads.
  5. Anyone else on the forum in Humboldt County?
  6. After that happened to me I left the can in the house to stay warm, it didn't help. Temp around my home is within 15 degrees Fahrenheit of 60 year round. Usually its between 60-65. Had thought it was the old grey can, but the new black did same even when stored in the warmer house :( Not sure what else unless its the humidity from leving next toba river a few miles from the Pacific.
  7. Had that happen with a can each of Army Painter grey and black. Haven't bothered with the brand after the first 2 cans. Pretty much strip it and start ovet :(
  8. Old steam donkeys and spools of rusty cable aren't worth much and are rather heavy to lug home ;) Edit: one summer while I was still in the CCC, a crew kicked up a load of old dynamite buried in the duff. Their supervisor nearly had a nervous breakdown.
  9. Much clearer now. Apparently I'm just blind ;) Was trying to see a sword that isn't there. I like the sword still down from a killing blow and gun pointed, calling out next victim poise. Looks like a nice place for a walk. All we see around my home are aabandoned rail trestles and logging gear. Is kind of cool to find a relic from 1800s era operations on occasion.
  10. Need a flash or a lamp to sjine some light on the knight's front. Can't really make out the pose with the shadows.
  11. The Odin's Horn did catch ny eye. You did that with the stencil cutter? I may have to invest in one of those. Pop Goes the Monkey made these for me. Id like to get some made with different trim and for TDA. https://www.shapeways.com/product/QDW46JASP/odins-horn-gen7-standard-shoulder-x10?optionId=60336447
  12. It's from one of the dwarf kits. Dantay mentioned them. I shave away everything except the bracer and hand, then graft to a marine arm. Most of them ar chainsword arms. Clip the sword but save the pommel. Drill part way through marine hand. Shave dwarf hand from axe/hammer, trim handle to fit marine hand and glue. The Skyclaws used the loose dwarf axes. Drill the grip out of a chainsword/power weapon hand and glue in the axe.
  13. Not the best pics, but I have some.
