Who is going to walk with who? Appreciate inputs

Where do you get 38 from?Sarg is 23 and regular 33

In the new errata or FAQ (what ever it called), the base cost is 33 resp 23 for termie and sarg. It also says ”each terminator is equiped with sb and pf” resp ”sarg is equiped w sb and ps) Shall I add points for sb and pf / sb and ps when calculating?
