Not really, no. Let me remind you that the Black templars have long been the object of scrutiny from the inquisition for their numbers (among other things).

Same with the relictors and (to an extent) soul drinkers

Our supplement may actually expand on that. Also, being excommunicated doesn't mean you're a heretic, merely that you've pissed off an inquisitor which by all standards seems to be a relatively easy thing to do.

The "official" primers have a very, very smooth finish, so I guess you'll want something that does not come out grainy.

How in heaven you managed the shoulder pad swap on ahriman is beyond me. Neat job.

I do mine mostly in black : - Elements of note : - right shoulder pad shows apothecaries as sword brethren (as it is a duty that would only be entrusted to senior/veteran members of the crusade imo) - left shoulder pad is the apothecarion helix shoulder pad (red trim, white field) - casing of the narthecium is white. - as much bling as possible to make the model stand out. This is a bit of rule baiting but some people will simply omit to target an apo by assuming it is a character.

Amazing job with the decals here, there's no shine of them and you can't see the seam line.
