    Ok turns out I have an extra day or two free this week, so gonna jump back in for a small 3rd vow. Sorcerer in terminator armour with force stave for 112 points.

    So Vow 2 is complete! Took a lot longer than I'd hoped it would, mainly due to my own choices on what to paint and from catching meningitis (from I assume the DG minis). Unfortunately I can't see myself making a 3rd vow meaning this is my first ETL without a superheavy but it's probably the ETL I learnt the most from. P.S Thousands Sons were pictured in a rush at the end as I'd already packed them away and had to quickly get a snap before leaving the house. So come on guys push through those last few unpainted points for the Glory of Chaos!

    My vows in that niggly final 5% that takes nearly as long as the first 95%, but should have it all submitted and done by Sunday or Monday.

    Ok so my vow is now finished with pics coming tomorrow. Quick question would I be better vowing a knight before or after the new codex drops at the weekend, how are our points going to be affected?

    Managed to get my armour finished on all the minis yesterday, will hopefully get the metal work done today and maybe get some WIP's up.

    I gianlucafiorentini123 rise to the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX on the side of the Chaos forum and vow to complete 1x Exalted Champion with a power axe 1x CSM squad with Power Maul, Plasma Pistol, Plasma gun, ML and IoV 1x CSM squad with Power Sword, Melta gun, Plasma gun and IoV For a points total of 414 points.

    I'll be in the running for Chaos again this year, although my time is going to be a lot more limited this year and missing the first two weeks due to holidays. At the minute it's looking like: 1-2 chaos lords 2 sorcerers 20-25 Marines 5 chosen 1 hellbrute I think I still have a knight lying about somewhere which can be chaosified.

    Plastic wings for me too, they fit the aesthetic of the rest of the model a lot better than the others IMO. The metal wings also add a lot of weight to the top of the model but don't look big enough to compensate for this.

    Reading the text before looking at the pictures I was a bit worried about converting the Lord of Contagion as I couldn't imagine it not looking like the base model, but you've knocked it right of the park! Cant wait to see it painted up.

    Very quick Vow 2, away on holiday in the morning so wont be any work done on these for a few weeks. http://i.imgur.com/OzS3jEm.jpg So this is a termi squad I did for the ETL two years ago but since then have really gone off the paint scheme for being a bit too cartoonish so going to try and darken tee guys up by adding some dark grey panels to them and touching up a few details. http://i.imgur.com/CkXkXsJ.jpg Then I have these Chaos Marines I started painting these around the end of last summer but then the got kind of forgotten about on the painting desk, so the aim is to basically just get them finished and based.
