    They sold a bunch. They priced aggressively to move it on and now that they have cleared the stock they have popped it up to a more normal price point and will likely order in a standard stock weight moving forward. My FLGS has done the exact same thing.

    Is anyone able to tell me if chainglaives are chainblades in this edition? I have 10 Night Raptors with chainglaives who want to know and I haven't bought the Libers at this point. Also, completely agree that the wargear options should have been in the main book. Personally, I feel like the Legacies should only be for those units that have never had official models. I could understand that.

    I'm sure these will be cool but I wish they would go back to the old metal Raptor aesthetic. I would buy q lot of those.

    Love it @Jings How was the Sabre? I want two to finish my Iron Warriors but I figure they'll be out in plastic at some point and I'm thinking I'll just wait for that.

    I'd say it's 50/50 on the MKIV and almost a sure bet on the Tartaros. My bet is that the MKIV will either be a mid-edition release like the MKIII was or it will be the 4th Edition starter. MKV will be whichever the MKIV isn't. Pure guesswork though.

    This would be my concern if I was GW. From what I understand they make more money through trade sales to FLGS than direct and if those FLGS have a bad experience from unsold product they will be less likely to invest next time.

    Yeah but not sure this is the same as the 40K and AOS FOMO launch boxes. It's got (at least) a three year shelf life so it feels a bit early to hit the panic button. I'm not disagreeing that this seems like a soft launch but keep in mind GW have already sold those boxes. To them it's still a win. It's a shame some FLGS will be left holding the bag though.

    My FLGS has sold out and gotten a second order and a large (for Australia) online store near me has sold through about two thirds of their stock. These things fluctuate.

    My wife very kindly freed up some money so I have a box on order. Got some ideas for World Eaters that I am collecting pieces for now.

    Just seen the short clip of them in the reveal video and the axes look far less absurd from other angles.
