I don’t get it…. Why are many brothers saying that we’re a slow army bow because we can no longer advance and charge with one unit? Did everyone’s army consist of one unit? The tables are significantly smaller, how does the loss of one D6 + charge extra movement = whole army is now slow? Yes, I am saddened by this loss as well, but this didn’t make or break a list… If people are referring to the devout push strat impulsor “trick” that was definitely using the rule RAW vs RAI. Though, the stratagem still provides movement.

I really don’t think it’s bad….. in my experience either: Your units are all engaged before T3 so you nearly never get a bonus. Games are often decided by T3/4 so if you can get your bonus ASAP that’s a good thing… EDIT: This is also the first snippet of the rules that we see, let’s wait and see. Maybe there’s a strat that gives army wide +10 attacks permanently. We don’t know. Wait and see. It’s an obvious buff to what it used to be. OP? Maybe not. Time will tell

The article also mentions 6 unique datasheets… Grimaldus Halbrecht EC Swordbrothers …. Marshall + castellan? I guess? Edit: didn’t see previous posts. Unique characters + 6 is cool. Swordbrothers/crusaders… ?? Exciting

Why is 6/4 an issue? I believe a crusader squad is 5-20 models, no? So even if it’s a single box that would still == a crusader squad, would it not? Provided it remains 5-20. The 5 might be an issue… unless there’s a 2/2/1 split?

Isnt the black sword just a mastercrafted power sword? It shouldnt have anything like that imo. Nor should there be a rule like that imo, i think those rules are there not only to show how strong those models are in the lore, but so that on the table they arent immediately blown off. And an emperors isnt that strong It's definitely not "just" a MC powersword. They are much more special than that and further they aren't even powerswords! I'll have to dig out the new fluff on it but they are rare and powerful bladesThey are rare since there are only 10 at least according to the wiki. It just says its a 2h power weapon that is said to increase the wielders strength. And apperantly every legion had an emperors champion. :p. But ya i still dont think its itd be a good idea to have more rules that ignore more rules. I’m all for it! There’s too many high invul saves in the game. Things can take forever to die, the more ways around this the better! :D

How much dmg do you all see on the weapon? My friends have mixed D1 and D2. On my pc its D2 on my phone D2

They might get teased soon. Valrak and Sete mentioned November, or later this year if I’m not mistaken. Generally takes a few months after tease that things are released, so we might see something at the end of the month, or maybe sometime in August
