This was good. I am guessing that whilst some of the characters introduced seem surplus at this point that they will pop up in future novels.

Nothing happens. It’s basically “lots of titans fight, complete chaos in a whole star system, Horus wins and moves on”

The name must have come from Disney’s Moana for inspiration.

I managed to finish this finally. I have to be one of the odd ones out but I found reading this a chore. It dragged for most of the first third (for me) of the book and felt like repeat episodes of some kind of Titan soap opera. I’m also still no closer to knowing what suddenly injured Horus which was the starting point of the previous HH novel. A dull 4 out of 10 from me.

Just an undefined number of stories told in no particular order over the “scouring” era. Simples.

I’ve just finished Vulkan and agree it’s somewhat of a boring combat book. It’s certainly in the realm of the Guilliman and Ferrus novels (i.e. not that great) and it doesn’t really touch on Vulkan and his personality much which is disappointing. I’m a bit lost on the attack moon though. With TBA it’s almost like he should have face palmed and said “not again”

It seems very odd that non-English novels would be released before English when it was clearly written in English. Rediculous prices for books is exactly why I only get ebooks.

Sleeper = Lion? White storm = Khan? A shadow? A darkness? = Corax? They would need Traitor Primarchs to even things out a bit perhaps.

They need to bring back Lorgar! ... with Corax chasing him in smokey raven form!
