Khulu

For my Necrons, I want an artillery unit. I'm thinking of a type of Destroyer with an energy mortar growing out of its spine. That or some behemoth canoptek, like those mining centipede things mentioned in some novels. Knights - household guard Drukhari - court of the archon back. If it has to be a "new" unit then a bigger boat just bristling with guns, or a corrupted wraithknight or something to be a centerpiece. Preferably not Vect, because I don't tend to use named characters. Tyranids - biotitan Heresy is harder to decide. Ultimately I just keep thinking of existing resin kits I want in plastic.

I got close to finishing these over Thanksgiving weekend so I might as well try to finish them this month. I, Khulu, vow to paint 10 Tactical Marines:

I've struggled to paint much lately. I've been building, but just haven't had the energy to paint much. But I did knock out a Leviathan for 12 Months of Hobby:

Kind of wish this new character was just a generic Ophydian Lord instead of a named guy. I always wish I could slap a Lord in with my Ophydians. Oh well, looks great at least.

In the US, Gamers Guild has them listed for preorder with a release date of 12/20, so that is likely when they'll make it over here.

Those reds look perfect for my TS. I have struggled to get any metallic look vibrant enough while still being a manageable amount of work.

That TS discipline looks very useful. Can't wait to try that out! Won't feel nearly so bad fielding disintegrators on Saturnines.

I've been having a blast. All my games have been close ones. Games have been fast enough to actually finish, which is nice since my play time is limited. My FLGS is hosting a small event next week which I'm looking forward to. I do wish there were more mission variety, though.

Made some progress on my Deredeo: Just basing and transfers left. I am considering the lightning as a brotherhood symbol. I was doing a bird but it was hard to do right across a whole unit so lightning might be easier.
