Booyah Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 Hi B&C, finally, after getting into new painting techniques, I managed to finish one of many Night Lords from WICCED. This was the first time I was using an airbrush (for the blue armour), using weathering powders from Forgeworld and pigments from Vallejo, selfmade "quickshade" and also the first time painting a power weapon like in the pictures (brush work, lots of glazes). I´m trying out Vallejo matt varnish with my airbrush on it but I´m really afraid of the effect. The last time I varnished some marines they turned out milky white (that was with a spray can from GW even though the weather was right and temperature). Since I´m not a native English speaker, what exactly do you mean by brush control?
