If you wish to post your work here, its easier and motivates and inspires others; or you have the option of posting a link of your WIP/PIP on this thread. Second question: no. It's not necessary. Been awhile since I've regularly been on so a nice painting challenge is just the thing to get back into the swing of things! The wire squiggles are made from solder as The_Damned_Artificer taught me me how to make. I have to add some green stuff to fair in the wolf head & other bits. Also cool trophy max, you two really keep these advances going :D Gave my wife a shopping list to surprise me for christmas, so will defo pledge something before jan 1st. I'm inclined to say that it would look better if you just took it off, but that's just me. The soldering trick seems nifty. I might have to give it a go myself. Russ Brother 92 Posted December 14, 2012 Share Posted December 14, 2012 I'd say that if you really don't want to remove it then GS the back and add a full pelt down the contemptor's back (in between the exhausts) and then it would look much better - otherwise it does look some what out of place atm - otherwise it's a lovely piece.
