Totally looking forward to seeing that, Lamebeard my dude. Mostly because Ièm actually thinking of using some milliput/greenstuff press stuff to make industrial spacecraft bases as Necromunda doesn't have the big bases I need for anythin bigger than a trooper. Definitely looking forward to seeing those pics.
I definitely like the notion of it being part of one of the orbital plate or orbital garrison groups, it explains a lot especially in the Heresy's last days (though could be cool as a concept for any one of the types of forces I can see defending highly contested spaces. As a bit of a digression, I'm kinda shocked and saddened that we didn't get more high fantasy orbital plate cloud/city style engagements in the Heresy. It's so sci-fi visually appealing that it boggles the mind that we see more trench warfare than delivering payloads of assault marines and jump engines to sprawling multi-tiered city scapes, with gunships weaving through towers and darting under skybridges. It's just.... ugh.
Can't wait to see what you do with those water-soluable oils (it is pretty crazy, ain't it?) I went and did a very light weathering on the stuff I'm working with now, ain't a great picture of it, but it still is a ton of fun. Can't wait to see it all!
That Warmongerès looking all proper and mongery, Chaoself! The head tilt and pose sells it for me, honestly. Right goods.
-laughs- Gederas, Lionofjudah, always here to be the true son of Horus... IE, a thorn in everyone's sides and smug about it to boot But aye, Statusjoe's got this one in the bag. Got a real champion goin on there! Though I think I'll take some personal pride in having so many fidgety low end infantry models done up in the past little bit Seriously though, you loyalists have nailed it this year. I only hope we can do so much.
We'll get this done, Semper my main man. Weeee'll get this done. I'll add incentive if need be**
Florida_Omegon, lookin' right classy. We got this one, eh? Got a close up for that Esotertist? I'm always curious on how people wanna make them look. It's always fun.
As for me, despite STILL working on a farm and being away from my airbrush, I did at least get some work done. I haven't been slacking.
The Voidclades are 99% done. Just gotta dot some eyes, and work up the Eye of Horus medalliions that each of em are wearing. Not the greatest picture but I'll make sure to get a picture or two soon as I'm back from second shift.
** Incentive time. Aye, warriors of the Warmaster all, I will pledge that if we can get 2 more 1st Vows done, I'll do up another primarch inside 1 week. On my vow to Lupercal, so shall it be done.
