She's lost in 18 pages of greatness, so I'm being naughty and making a new one here... My October vow is for a 210 point Tactical Squad; 10 man, power weapon, plasma gun, plasma cannon. Should be finished this weekend... You did the right thing skink, each months new vows are meant to be started ina new post.... and welcome back!! :) I tried, but I can't find my original post!! Geez, that'd be a really long post, come February.... See above, march10K, starting a new post for each months oath, so everything will be in sequence. My original Vow included 1 6 man Ravenwing Squad with powersword Sergeant and 2x melta/Plasma guns. while playing games and modeling the squad I fell in love with the command squad... and as such now the 6 man squad has an Apothecary and a Standard Bearer instead of the flat bolt pistol models and such. Will those still count as a completed vow, or do I need to make two more bikers with standard equipment for the completed vow. since now the squad went from 255/265 pts to 295/305 points, throwing my vow out of whack. So my Vow is to complete the Dark Vengeance Tactical Squad with a Veteran Sergeant. That will be: 1 Sergeant with Power Fist and Bolter 1 Marine with Plasma Gun 1 Marine with Plasma Cannon 8 Marines with Bolters 220pts Heres my WIP shot, I got a bit excited and started putting some caliban green on them. Two weeks and more have gone in october and the growing group of unforgiven marching proudly along the Path to redemption continues to grow in number and achievements. Some absolutely brilliant products have been created both within the event and outside of it (Ellis-Esquire anyone?:)) The Lord of the First legion looks favourably upon those who have kept the faith. The event continues to grow in strength with a further 12 participants making their Oaths of Moment in the second week taking the total to 57!. Of the 82 battle brothers who started their journey in September 53 completed with their honour intact, of whom 39 veterans have continued their journey in the first week and their number was swollen to 45 by six more returning to the fray. I am very hopeful that the remaining 8 brethren will remain strong and participate in October. I would like to officially welcome the five New battle brothers (Avon Rekaes, DarkAngelDelight, Lord of the Blades, NCSUWolf and .Torch.) who have decided to join us and swell the newcomers cohort to NINE! I would like to remind them that they have indeed been given the opportunity to earn the White pearl for September providing they complete their October oath and continue in to November. details will be forthcoming in the coming months. A special mention must go to Burias-Drak'shal who joins both Archangel and hermanista in taking a massive oath of moment to redeem themselves and earn two white pearls for September and October. May the Lion guide their path and their brushes! In order that they may be complete I must: -Finish Painting 4 of the tactical marines with bolters -Completely paint the Veteran Sergeant with chainsword and plasma pistol -Adjust certain colors on the 5 mostly complete marines with bolters -Base all 10 marines properly. 180 pts. My completed Tactical Squad: Edit: Taking the wise and knowedgeable Shadow Guard's advice to heart, and making sure that my chapter is identified by name! Also denoted 9 marines and their sergeant.
