Question, my second vow is half done but I had a commission for a Word Bearer tactical squad, since I will be selling the minatures soon. Am I allowed to paint the CSM squad in Word Bearer colours instead that of the Alpha Legion, in the end both count toward the Chaos Undivided faction.

Some WIP pics coming up. Main model almost done. Some dots and touches here and there, but otherwise I'm really happy with it so far, especially with the horns and boneparts. Hope the wings will come out as well. I decided to magnetize them, so I can also use the backpack-thrusters (or whatever they are) to represent a prince without wings.

I don;t see why not to be honest. You vowed the miniatures and their points. The only restriction of them finishing is that you paint them to your 'usual standard' (not your usual Legion colours).

But I'm not the Dominus E Tenebre Lux... I suggest either waiting for Semper to answer/PM-ing him, or checking the first post of this thread and reading the rules to the letter and spirit.

@ Dragonlover: A Soul Vow is a specific kind of penance vow... Keep in mind that failing it has no impact on your ETL perormance but I don't think Abbadon will like it...

@ Tenebris: How you paint your minis is your call (even more so when we're talking Chaos here). The only constraints are to proice it from your Codex and to pledge it for Chaos Undivided - since you cannot split a vow between two Gods...

So I have the 14 Plagubearers complete except for applying some grass to the base.  Started assembling the Beasts of Nurgle and let's just say that sucked.  I had 4 of the metal ones and 3 of the FW toads.  Will assembled the toads, attempt to sell the Metal BoN to allow me to purchase some more toads.  If not then I will get some suitable stand ins.  just not loving the Beasts of Nurgle metals and don't want to work on them at this point.  The FW pieces on the other hand are really nice and I think I will enjoy them.
