Well, I was hoping to do two or three vows this time around and I haven't finished the first yet..  That was due to serious health problems the last month though, now I'm finally out of bed and actually in a decent shape with enough energy to paint..  So I went back, and am almost finished with my captain.  The Terminators Squad will also be done next weekend, so I should in theory be able to get my vow done in time...  I won't let you down B&C.

I was out of town for a few weeks and wasn't able to do much for ETL, but on the bright side I did get to go to Warhammer World for the first time and have some shiny new Forgeworld Blood Angels terminator shoulder pads on their way to me in the mail.  They didn't have any on hand so they are mailing them to me for free, which I thought was really great of them.  The pads won't factor into ETL, but I have something else that will.  

 

For vow #4, I, Hannibaal, rise to the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete Capt Karlaen from the Shield of Baal: Deathstorm campaign supplement for Codex: Blood Angels with a total value of 160 points on or before August 15th 2016.  Success will bring eternal glory to the Blood Angels and failure will doom me to bear the Badge of the Oathbreaker until the year-end.

Thanks! It's straight retributor armour with a 50:50 sepia to lahmian medium wash, easy as pie!

 

Retributor really is a miracle paint. Dante pic s taken yesterday before undercoating, bit both him and sanguinor got base coated in under 10 mins.

 

Not too much detail on these guys compared to the chaplain and librarian, so should be a quick finish.
