A bit late but still progressing. Renegades will be achieved this Sunday and the World Eaters are on their way too. I should start and finish my Night Lord Primus Medicae next week. So, vow 2 should be over quite soon.

I have noticed quite the drop in posts to the strategium... is everyone doing ok? Does anyone have any Vows almost finished? 

Moving in with the girlfriend has been quite time consuming...

 

But hey, I have a handful of Havocs, Huron, and a Helbrute left to go. Hardly a harrowing list to have, though the switch in habitation hinders my headway. However, it's helpful to hesitate and halt my efforts, rather than hasten my hand and harvest haphazard results. Have hope, for this haughty heretic will finish his vow.

I've been busy with work, studies and most recently, the plague (Nurgle sends his regards), so I was bedridden for a few days... Still not 100% yet. Anyway, here's a link to my ETL Log thread. My second knight doesn't have any WIP pics other than this one here as I painted most of it in 1 sitting (thank the gods for airbrushing).

Congratulations to Castellan Cato and Razblood for their completions! The craziness of this thread is true to the best tradition of Chaos here in B&C and I don't know what to expect with every post (leopard saddle? really? wub.png )

Anyways, there will be an in0depth analysis in the upcoming Weekly Update but suffice to say your completion rate is not increased much vs. previous week. Hmmm...

Unfortunately I won't make to cut this week, but I think it will be worth taking the time to finish things up properly.

 

Sorry gang! It should be done tomorrow and re-vowed. Just got my phone back and updated from iCloud so we are all systems running again.

Yeah, I'll get on it. Some minor health issues are happening right now, but I should get down to my vow soon enough.

I originally certainly didn't want to risk a second vow, but what the heck -- there's another model that I would really like to see finished, and in any case, it's for a good cause, so here goes nothing:

For the glory of He who hunts at the head of the pack and in order to atone for previous failures, I, KrautScientist, supreme overlord of Khorne's Eternal Hunt, rise to the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete the following unit from Codex Chaos Space Marines on or before August 15th, 2016:

  • 1 Daemon Prince of Khorne w/ power armour: 180 pts.

Success will bring eternal glory to the World Eaters' 4th assault company and failure will doom me to bear the Badge of the Oathbreaker until the year-end.

The black undercoat and dark brown paint are remnants of an ill-fated previous attempt at painting this beast. I'll be painting right over them msn-wink.gif Wish me luck!

Nearly finished building my Knights - onto the arms now. Will then blitz it all soon! Getting there...
